Service
Physique Kitchen is a general wellness and nutrition-planning service. It provides personalized meal-plan organization, portions, timing, progress tracking, and periodic progress reviews. A progress review does not guarantee that a plan will change.
Membership
The service offers one membership with monthly and annual billing options. Both billing options include the same features. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through Manage Subscription, and access continues through the paid-through date unless otherwise required by law.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use only your own account, follow food-allergy and safety precautions, and consult qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate. You must not attempt to bypass membership restrictions, misuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
No guaranteed results
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, body-fat reduction, athletic performance, or any other outcome.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may restrict premium access. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period keeps access active through the period already paid for.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or modify the service and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or technical operations. Material changes to these terms will use a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
