Information collected
We collect the account information and planning details needed to operate the service, including your account identifier and email, weight entries, goal weight, nutrition goal, food preferences, allergies, workout timing, step goal, generated plan, meal-completion check-offs, progress information, legal acceptance records, and subscription status. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by Physique Kitchen.
How information is used
We use this information to create and save your plan, provide meal options, remember completed meals, track progress, review trends, determine membership access, prevent duplicate subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, and payment providers, or when required by law. We do not sell or share health-related or progress information for advertising purposes.
Protection and retention
We use account-based access controls, server-side entitlement checks, secure hosted payment collection, secret storage, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security purposes.
Your choices
You may update plan information and manage your subscription through the app. Cancellation does not immediately delete your account or progress history. You may contact support through your account to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention requirements.
